How do I invite my brother?

Open the family group, tap “Invite”, share the 6-character code by message. He installs CareFam, taps “Join with code” and you approve him from your device.

What if I lose my phone?

Sign in with Apple on a new device. Your data is restored from our EU servers. We never store passwords.

Can two siblings edit the same medication at the same time?

Yes. The last edit wins, and every change is timestamped with the editor’s name so you can see who did what.

Is my mother’s health data really safe?

Servers are in Frankfurt under GDPR. Authentication is handled by Apple. We do not share data outside the family group.

How do I cancel the subscription?

iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CareFam → Cancel. The app continues to work until the end of the current period.

Does CareFam replace a doctor?

No. It helps you remember and share, but every medical decision must be confirmed with a qualified physician.
