Delete your account

You can delete your CareFam account directly from the app or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open CareFam and go to Settings.
2. Tap “Account”.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm with Sign in with Apple.
5. Your data is erased within 30 days.

By e-mail

Send a message from the e-mail address linked to your Apple ID to info@usmc.jp with subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within 7 days and complete erasure within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, e-mail and Apple identifier.
• All patient profiles, medications, visits and condition logs you created.
• Photos you uploaded.
• Your role inside any family group; the group itself remains for the other members unless you were the only owner.

What we keep: subscription receipts and tax records, for the period required by Italian, Spanish and Japanese law (typically 7 years), in pseudonymous form.
